What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.
What we collect
- Your email address and name when you buy, so we can deliver the training and support you.
- Payment information, handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of your card. We never see the full number.
- Usage data from advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta pixel, which tells us a visit or purchase happened so we can measure our advertising.
Why we are allowed to
We process your purchase details to perform the contract you entered into when you bought. We use analytics and advertising data on the basis of a legitimate interest in running and measuring our own advertising, and you can object to that at any time.
Who we share it with
Stripe, for payment processing. Our email provider, to send your access and receipt. Meta, as advertising measurement data. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax law requires. Everything else we delete on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@modern-truth.com and we will action it within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies for advertising measurement. You can block them in your browser without affecting access to anything you have bought.
